Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with the desire to continue their education. Head Start and Families First of Minnesota offers continuing education opportunities for individuals seeking to obtain an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the field of Early Childhood Education. Experience in early childhood is preferred, but not necessary. Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aide certification. This exempt position is scheduled 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M. with occasional evening events. Compensation is based upon education level, starting at $21.47/hour. Assist in monitoring and transporting students before and after school from the residential units.
