This includes checking students into their appointment via RegisterBlast, walking students through directions on how to complete a variety of placement tests in several testing platforms, proctoring students within the assessment lab, providing students next steps after placement is complete, making reminder/reschedule phone calls to registered students, and entering any data into our systems. 8. Maintains confidentiality of exams, test results, and candidate information in accordance to Higher Education FERPA, NCTA, and other regional and national testing standards, vendors' standards, policies, and guidelines.

10. Conduct phone calls for students as reminders for appointments/rescheduling no show.

The Lifelong Learning Institute of OWU seeks an intern to support the spring term. The LLI offers 6-week non-credit courses for adults age 55+, taught by volunteer presenters on topics from culinary trends to film studies to Delaware history and more. The intern will work closely with the Director of the LLI and fellow LLI operations colleagues on projects to execute and advance the program.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Common responsibilities of the LLI intern include:
Helping to maintain/update our participant (student) database.
Developing marketing materials.
Preparing materials for the beginning of each term.
Light data analysis to understand participant trends.
Assistance with checking in LLI participants during the first week of each term.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. Comfort with managing multiple tasks during a given shift.
