The Acute Care Customer Success Managers ensure an account's strategic, operational, and technical needs are met to drive adoption and utilization. Ultimately, they are a customer's partner to ensure satisfaction with Stryker's Dynamic Clinical Workflow product and services. They manage complex escalations, share best practices, and proactively create strategic plans and business reviews to find and address areas of improvement. As an Intern for Customer Success, you will assist with developing tools and resources utilized by the Customer Success team to help improve results and customer satisfaction with our Clinical Communication and Workflow products. Additional responsibilities include: Identify areas where technical solutions could improve business performance. What You Need

Basic Function:

Formulations Intern

Position Responsibilities:
Support research and development of novel pharmaceutical drug products and vaccines, including sterile liquids, lyophilized products, oral solids, suspensions, topicals, and various other dosage forms.
Execute and assist in laboratory experiments and operate equipment under supervision of senior colleagues.
Learn and execute drug product formulation techniques.

What You'll Do
Throughout this paid, 8-week Summer Internship, en Focus will provide you with meaningful work responsibilities, social and professional development programming, and access to a network of mentors to assist you as you progress in your career.
As a Summer Intern, you'll work with en Focus Fellows and Project Managers to discover, design, and implement innovative solutions for project sponsors. Interns work on at least two projects throughout the summer: one as a lead on a consulting-like innovation project designed to assist a local organization (called a Primary Project), and one as a team member on a group research/entrepreneurship project to support an existing en Focus startup incubation or social impact initiative (called a Secondary Project). Our projects are based on community needs, which means we have a unique offering of opportunities each year.
Each project will require different work activities, though all Summer Interns will be expected to:
Execute a project management plan for all projects
Share opportunities and coordinate with various stakeholders, community leaders, and business executives
Conduct discover activities, such as customer/stakeholder interviews, strategic research, and data collection and analysis
