PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTAIL RESPONSIBILITIES

Procure other materials and equipment as instructed by the Lead Project Engineer or Project Superintendent.
* Receive and distribute information on clarifications and changes in the work for areas of responsibility. Obtain and check subcontractor's pricing and assist in assembling change quotations as directed by the Lead Project Engineer or Project Manager.
* Assist in documenting changes, maintain project record drawings and specifications. § Exhibit superior writing skills. Review and respond to all correspondence to and from subcontractors and vendors for assigned tasks.
* Prepare and distribute minutes to meetings as directed by the Lead Project Engineer or Project Manager.
* Assist in maintaining the project files, close-out and storage of documents at completion.

Internship Field Supervisor Position Summary:
The Internship Workforce Development Supervisor collaborates with the Workforce Development team to design and run a structured, equitable internship experience for graduate and undergraduate students. Participate in intern and volunteer recruitment activities

MSW Graduate Degree
