INTERN, CORPORATE SECURITY & NERC COMPLIANCE (La Crosse, WI) Hourly Wage $18.00 | Anticipated start date of May 2026 The Corporate Security and NERC Compliance Intern will primarily support Dairyland's corporate physical security operations, with secondary exposure to compliance activities. This role assists in maintaining the safety and security of Dairyland's facilities, assets, and personnel by supporting access control, physical security systems, security assessments, and incident documentation. The intern will also gain introductory experience with NERC-related compliance processes and regulatory documentation. This position provides hands-on learning within a critical infrastructure security environment. The Impact You Will Make in This Role: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Corporate Security Assist with day-to-day corporate security operations across multiple facilities. Support the management of security systems such as card access, video surveillance, and key control. Help with security projects and initiatives under the direction of the NERC Compliance and Security team. Conduct research on industry best practices, emergency security technologies, and threat trends. NERC Compliance Assist NERC Compliance and Security Team and subject matter experts with organizing and maintaining documentation related to NERC Standards.
