This internship provides hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing, visual communication, 5S, and process optimization while contributing to real improvements on the production floor. The intern will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a Continuous Improvement Communication Board, capturing before-and-after improvement projects, and helping the team track and communicate progress toward operational goals.
