JOB DESCRIPTION:
Evonik's Summer Professional Enrichment (SPE) Program is a 12 week internship program that provides undergraduate students an opportunity to gain real-world experience and expand their knowledge beyond their studies in university. Over the summer, interns will apply skills they've acquired through education to their technical project while also gaining experience working on a cross-functional team for a regional group project. We offer summer internship opportunities across the United States in various fields, including manufacturing/operations, research and development, environmental health & safety, and supply chain. During the interview process, we will work with candidates to identify the work setting and location that best aligns with their career aspirations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all case records, correspondence, and conversations regarding clients remain confidential as required by HIPAA compliance regulations.
Complete releases and GJR intake forms upon initial contact with client/placement/other parties ensuring copies are saved in the clinical record.
Provide home-based services to clients in compliance with Service Standards published by the Indiana Department of Child Services for the service that they are providing.
Communicate initial client contact or lack thereof to referral source and Compliance Coordinator with 48 hours.
Document client contacts through up-to-date case notes that are maintained in Case Management Pro (electronic database), VPN client files and Kid Traks (if applicable).
Provide monthly Progress Reports by due date to supervisor to referring agencies and Kid Traks (if applicable) as well as any other specific written or verbal information requested by referring agencies.
Provide Treatment Plans, Safety Plans, and other required clinical documents/resources/tools within 7-30 days of referral to referral agencies. Updated Treatment Plans are due no less than every 90 days to supervisor for review and sent to referral source by pre-arranged due dates.
If applicable, complete visitation/parenting time logs and send to referral sources within 48 hours of services rendered ensuring all required sections of log are compliance with current state content standards.
Oversee completion of program required assessments, including but not limited to, PFS-2, NCFAS, IARCA packets upon admission, discharge, three month and six-month follow-up.
Record all billable/direct and non-billable/indirect time on a daily basis, utilizing the established database while ensuring an accurate timesheet is maintained.
Maintain client files ensuring all required documents are in place adhering to the GJR in Indiana file checklist for each respective service being rendered. Submit and correct file audit identified issues within 7 days of receiving feedback from audits.
Document use of and adherence to evidence-based models and treatment for all services requiring use of a model that has been approved by the state of Indiana and GJR.
Obtain and submit requests for court appearances to Compliance Coordinator monthly by deadline established.
Appear at court hearings, case conferences, CFTM's or staffing as necessary or requested by referral source or supervisor.

The Allegion User Experience team is excited to offer a UX Generalist Internship, providing hands-on experience collaborating with our GSS software product teams. As a UX intern at Allegion, you will work closely with product managers, software developers, designers, researchers, customer support and success teams, and marketers to assist in researching, designing, and delivering software solutions that matter to our customers and our business. You'll be part of a supportive, quality-driven software services organization that values psychological safety, collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
We're looking for interns who are eager to grow, have some experience or coursework in Agile environments, and are passionate about user-centered design and research. Above all, we seek motivated communicators who understand that building great software is a team effort.
What You Will Do:
* Work with the GSS UX Design and Research team to help conceptualize and develop solutions to user problems.
* Support the creation of design deliverables and documentation to help gather feedback on design solutions from internal stakeholders and users.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand concept feasibility and support design hand-offs.
* Collaborate with the design ops team that supports our team design system.
* Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies alongside your product team(s).
* Assist in preparing and executing research activities such as interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and card sorting.
* Join weekly design and research review meetings to share work and receive feedback.
* Engage with designers, researchers, and customer success teams to stay informed on user needs.
* Attend bimonthly User Experience team demos to learn and contribute.
* Track your tasks on the team's Kanban board and contribute to team feedback initiatives.
* Explore new design tools, technologies, and trends, sharing insights with teammates.
* Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take thoughtful risks.
What You Need to Succeed
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related UX field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to help build empathy for users and clearly share research findings.
* Familiarity with iterative design processes and basic design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (portfolio or coursework examples preferred).
* Some experience or coursework in conducting user research and usability testing.
* Ability to analyze research data and identify actionable insights.
* Basic understanding of information architecture and web accessibility principles.
* Comfort with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, Teams, or Slack.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage your workload and collaborate effectively.
* Availability to work during East Coast business hours is preferred.
