    As TOSSWARE's Prepress Intern, you are an organized, detail-oriented team member eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment. You'll support the Prepress Specialists and Production team by handling day-to-day design prep and administrative tasks, ensuring projects move smoothly from artwork setup through production. You bring curiosity, accuracy, and initiative to every task, helping free up specialists' time while gaining hands-on experience in print production and packaging design. You must have excellent communication and organizational abilities as well as strong attention to detail to perform the following: Assist Prepress Specialists with daily tasks such as file organization, proofing, and template preparation. Review incoming artwork for completeness and compliance with TOSSWARE's print specifications. Make basic design adjustments (resizing, color mode conversion, template alignment, etc.) under supervision. Support in generating and distributing digital proofs to internal teams and customers. Maintain digital file management systems to ensure assets are properly named, stored, and version-controlled. Help prepare production-ready files and communicate updates to cross-functional teams. Perform quality checks and assist in verifying final production files before release. Support workflow documentation and continuous improvement of Prepress procedures. Collaborate closely with the Prepress and Production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate outputs.
