Pay Range: $31,320.00 - $41,772.00 per year Pay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living. The actual salary received, including any geographic adjustment to account for location and cost of living, is subject to the individual's ability to raise funds necessary to cover the full amount of such salary within the range set forth in the job posting details. The student must be available for emergency call and should never view this externship as a time to finish other papers, spend day-time hours studying for boards, check in on social media or find housing for their forever job. This will include the following: Marketing Materials: Graphics for Marketing Use Who to Target Where to Promote Messaging Timing Investment Pre-Game & In-Game Promotions Possible Sponsors Possible Giveaways Pre-Game Entertainment Between Inning Activities Fan Engagement / Entertainment Issues Qualifications: Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Fun, upbeat personality with a knack for engaging with others. Availability for all Canaries home games, including extended hours on weeknights and weekends. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to multi-task effectively. Comfortable interacting with large crowds and facilitating on-field activities.
