Pine Lake Nursery & Landscape LLC is a full-service landscape installation company, providing design, installation, and maintenance services for governmental and commercial projects. Our internship program provides opportunities for you to experience an array of practices to develop your skills in the landscape industry. You will be provided with a well-rounded, professional opportunity to enhance, explore, and engage in our company. With the internship, you will excel beyond what is taught in the classroom and be given a hands-on, mentor-guided opportunity. Intern Job Responsibilities: Understand the overall concept and culture of Pine Lake Nursery and Landscape. Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve. Accept designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during internship. Engages with customers and/or clients and provides service and/or sales. Provides suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes. Learns and becomes sufficient on internal software systems as necessary. Assists in creating performance reports. Pay Range & Work Hours: Pay Range: $14 - $18 per hour Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM; schedule flexible during these work hours.
