This externship is designed to give students an opportunity to experience a day in the life of what a career could look like at Inceed. Our externship is designed to give students exposure to what the staffing industry is, difference between recruiting and account management, monetary opportunities, culture, what we stand for, etc. Goal is to give students a good experience and a better understanding of who we are once they leave.
The externship booklet has a list of questions focused on recruiting, account management, then basic questions about Inceed. There are several “themes” in the booklet that follow the video structure schedule. The booklet is designed for students to watch the videos at their own pace.
Our externship was launched in Tulsa last year and we have received great feedback from students. We are open to any student to do the externship as it could potentially lead to a summer intern or full-time hire. We don't do these externships on Fridays, as it won't give externs the same experience if everyone wasn't in the office. Start times are flexible (go off student's schedule, we are very flexible on start/end times)
