The Opportunity
The Customer Value Practice at Adobe partners with senior leaders at Adobe's top customers to unlock measurable business value through customer experience transformation. Our team leverages, value realization frameworks, data analysis and digital innovation to deliver actionable recommendations. We use industry-leading tools for analytics, experience design, and visual storytelling to communicate insights and drive impact.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Value Strategy Intern, you will:
Participate in client-facing engagements focused on maximizing customer value and experience.
Analyze customer journeys using tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Miro, Qualtrics, and other UX/CX platforms.
Support the development of visual storytelling assets (Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud) to communicate insights and recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical experts to deliver solutions aligned with customer goals.
Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to co-create North Star experiences and value realization strategies.
Contribute to thought leadership by authoring assets and sharing best practices in customer value and experience optimization.
Engage with Center of Excellence teams to leverage core tools and capabilities that fuel Customer Value Practice engagements.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May - September 2026.
Interest in business strategy, customer experience, analytics, or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience.
Experience with UX/CX software (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Qualtrics, Miro) and visual storytelling tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Ability to communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, including through visual storytelling.
Passion for new knowledge and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Your Role
As a Summer Architecture Intern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program. This is not a remote position.
What You Will Do
Work on architecture projects as a fully collaborative member of a design team, participating in design charrettes to help define strategic goals for our clients, large or small
Receive hands-on learning and collaborate with designers, architects, directors, and managers to plan, design, develop and gain real-world experience working with clients across a spectrum of industries and locations
Enjoy the rich culture of our office and firm through educational sessions and mentorship opportunities that include lunch-and-learns, lectures, project tours and vendor presentations
Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and technical drawings
Build physical study models and presentation models
Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts
Your Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; NAAB accredited program highly preferred
You have completed your third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program and are returning to your program post-internship. This internship is not for recent graduates.
Experience using Revit and Rhino/Sketchup is ; AutoCAD and other 3D modeling software is a plus
BIM Authoring (Revit Experience)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and Bluebeam
Hand sketching and physical modelling ability a plus
Curiosity to explore using different emerging technologies.
Familiarity and exploration of generative AI, large language models and computation processes.
Exploration of visualization and XR skills (AR, VR, MX/XR and Augmented Realities)
Exploration of 3D printing and physical model making.

Your Role
As a Summer Design Strategy Intern in Gensler's Morristown Office you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.

What You Will Do
Working across a range of client industries and services, primary responsibilities will include end-user research, secondary research, production of client deliverables, programming, design standards development, and change management communications. Our Strategy Studio has expertise spanning workplace strategy, experience strategy, change management, programming, real estate positioning, portfolio analysis, master planning, innovation consulting, design guidelines, and web tool development.
Assist in planning and performing user research and data collection activities
Workshop and presentation preparation and facilitation support
Information synthesis to translate findings into implications and direction for design, occupancy, workplace performance, and/or workplace experience.
Diagramming, data analysis, and visualization, including experience journey mapping and development of work style or other end-user behavior profiles
Space programming
Storyboarding, cartooning presentations, and development of communications
Developing design concept diagrams
Your Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Business, Real Estate, Information Design, Strategic Design or Transdisciplinary Design Program
You have completed your third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program and are returning to your program post-internship. This internship is not for recent graduates
Possess outstanding strategic, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic, open, collaborative environment and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Revit experience is a plus
Interest in business strategy, business innovation and transformation, and/or workplace planning and design.
