General Summer Roles Overview Annually, we invite high school juniors and seniors as well as college students from across the country to experience First Tee through our local chapter's mission, vision and strategic plan. Role & Responsibilities • Conduct pre-season inventory of recreation, pool, and activities supplies; assist with ordering. • Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparation for spring programs and summer launch. • Support spring events (set-up, coordination, member engagement - Easter Party, Mother's Day Tea, Music Bingo, Murder Mystery Dinner). • Assist with pool operations, supervision of seasonal staff, and coverage of hours. • Serve as acting supervisor in the absence of the Recreation Director. • Create a memorable experience for all Members and guests while consistently providing excellent customer service. • Provide immediate attention to all Members and guests upon arrival/check-in and assist with any requests. • Refer to each Member by name when possible, to enhance the Member experience. • Enforce all Club rules and policies in and around the aquatics area. • Respond to emergencies appropriately. • Facilitate recreation activities and contribute feedback on activity success and Member engagement. • Maintain knowledge of Club events, promotions, and general activities. • Maintain the cleanliness of the aquatics area according to Club standards. • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. • Project an upbeat and positive attitude with strong work ethic. • Advise management of Member or guest complaints promptly. • Complete all opening, side, and closing duties as assigned. • Adhere to all state and local laws, as well as health and sanitation codes and guidelines. • Be detail-oriented, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a strong team dynamic. • Operate within all established Club guidelines, policies, standards, and procedures. • Maintain responsibility for issued uniforms and wear appropriate uniform while on duty. The Joint Network Analysis & Targeting (JNAT) Joint Scout Tracker Program, SOF Special Forces Subject Matter Expert (SOF/SF-SME) intern will provide support to the United States Army Special Operations Command's (USASOC) and US Marine Corps Special Operations Command's (MARSOC) their subordinate units and other DoD commands and from the Team level up. Ensuring all Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen and others engaged in training and exercises are trained to the highest standards of readiness prior to worldwide deployment in Joint Operating Environments. You will collaborate with active-duty Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen and other agency members internal and external to the organizations. The JNAT/JST Program, SOF/SF-SME will aid the JNAT Program Lead (JNAT-PL), the unit training and operations section using JNAT techniques, tactics and procedures (TTPs) & methods, Agile program management approach and the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) instructional design model. This position will coordinate with the JNAT-PL as well as unit Operations and Training Chiefs, subordinate unit training and operations chiefs, analysts, curriculum development experts, and instructors to consistently align exercise, training and education program materials and methods with stated objectives. The SOFSF-SME aides in the conduct and review of course and program elements and makes recommendations and adjustments as applicable. The SOF/SF-SME will be trained as a JNAT & JST Instructor in order to integrate those TTPs into Exercise and Operational design and support JNAT & JST course execution as required. The SOF/SF-SME works with the Quality Assurance designs to ensure that improved methods and processes follow published regulations. Specific Responsibilities Work closely with the JNAT-PL, and Ft. Bragg Joint Program Coordinator unit Operations and Training Chiefs, course managers, and internal analysts to build and improve the unit training management program and curricular activities. Supports the planning and design of the emerging exercises, education and training events, coordination of instructor and student materials, evaluations, and alternate learning methods. Support, coordinate and help execute, and assess individual student, staff and collective unit training across the JNAT & JST program as a SOF/SF-SME and JNAT & JST Instructor. Works with students, staff and subject matter experts to identify target audience and specific training needs by MOS and pre-deployment requirements. Executes Exercise and classroom in garrison and field environments. Train as JNAT Instructor (JNAT-I) and support JNAT-Courses after completion of training. Trian as JST Instructor (JST-I) and support JST-Courses during and after completion of training. Coordinate instructional research and analysis on learners and facilitators. Attend meetings and participate in customer briefs aboard Ft. Bragg, and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Requirements Qualifications Must have knowledge and skills in instructional design theories. Must have knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to conduct studies and analyze findings. Past performance in directly participating with and supporting SOF Special Forces units and formal schools. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Must possess self-motivation and a high level of discretion to work effectively with others. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and have a strong attention for detail. Past performance as a SOF SF Operations and Training Chief, instructor, teaching, or related field and 5 years of related work experience. Past performance conducting assessment, and performance evaluations. Strategic SOF planning, organizing, and analyzing instructional development activities desired. Experience supporting multinational and Joint Operations is required, Joint Special Operations is desired.
