Effective communication is key; you'll need to articulate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse array of audiences, including patients, families, and colleagues. Additionally, knowledge of Trauma Informed Care principles will enhance your ability to connect with patients and provide compassionate, customer-centric care.
