Registrar's Office Assistant has a critical role in helping ensure that student academic records are well organized and readily accessible and support the Registrar's Office in multiple duties including student file management.

- Filing and Retrieving - documents, student files
- Conducting the audit of the student files on each semester and report the result to the Registrar
- Alphabetizing documents and forms
