Assist with daily office operations including answering phones, responding to email, greeting and providing counsel to prospective students, families and guests to meet our customer service goals. Participate in the development and execution of on and off-campus recruitment, conversion and yield activities/events designed to market Oklahoma State University to prospective freshman (and transfer) students. An essential function of this position is to maintain a personalized public presence in a wide range of environments such as high schools, college fairs, and community locations, among others. This may include and is not limited to publication and broadcast of full name, work contact information, and time, date, and/or location of recruitment activity.
