Job Description:
Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Highlights:
Base Salary of $68,000-$80,000

Responsibilities:
Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, partnering with your Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive great outcomes for our young learners.
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient's individual treatment plan
Coach and empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior change outside of session
Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients who receive speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from Ivy Rehab for Kids providers
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification
Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals
Previous experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans

The StudentSupport Specialist must be organized, patient, creative, compassionate, empathetic, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
StudentSupport Preparation
Begin personal outreach to parents in April, reviewing the studentsupport notes spreadsheet to identify enrolled students with inclusion needs, and compiling notes for the upcoming summer.
Discuss each child's specific needs, including limitations, triggers, and behavioral tendencies.
Communicate required safety criteria for participation in programs, such as the ability to stay with the group, engage in outdoor activities, and safely respond to challenges.

Qualifications:

Arranges linen exchange between clients and staff.
Liaison for food delivery.
Enforces resident policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, think strategically, and act quickly. They must also possess the ability to work well with others across a broad spectrum of situations. Prior experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and mental illness is preferred.

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
Practical experience working with people in customer service or a related field is .
A minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the unhoused population is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English.
De-escalation, trauma-informed care, or similar training is highly desired.
Must be able to maintain composure under difficult situations.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing demands.
Data entry and file management experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Reliable and a team player.
Other Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Ability to navigate stairs, ladders, ramps, and uneven terrain.
Must become CPR/First Aid trained within 90 days of hire.
