Utilize positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) to manage classroom behavior effectively. Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and educational achievements. Communicate regularly with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in interventions and academic support. Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed. Participate in professional development training related to trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and special education strategies. Performs other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
