Responsible for the quality and timeliness of work, meeting program deadlines, submitting monthly paperwork and reports, and conducting and documenting scheduled home visits and parent conferences with enrolled families. Attend and prepare all requested documentation for IEP meetings, transition meetings, parent conferences and case conferences.
