We are hiring an experienced Revenue Cycle Educator to support enterprise training initiatives tied to a major EHR transition and long-term workforce development. This role focuses on delivering hands-on, in-person education across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle teams.
This is a fully onsite, temp-to-perm role based in Northern Colorado (Greeley / Loveland area). Candidates must be comfortable in live classroom environments and flexible with travel.
Key Responsibilities

Required:

Position Purpose: The YRR Teaching Assistant will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support and serve youth, (ages 13-18.5) for the oversight and coordination of the YRR educational needs. They must also be free from communicable diseases and current on all immunizations routinely recommended for adults. Job Description:
A substitute teacher assistant assists the classroom teacher to provide extra support to students with special needs, promoting maximum academic and personal growth. The substitute teacher assistant job responsibilities range from supplementing regular classroom curriculum to helping individual students.
Substitute teacher assistant are also known as school aides, paraprofessionals, instructional aides, one-to-one aides, and personal care assistants.
Responsibilities:
Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups of students.
Assist teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class.
Help with administrative duties such as setting up equipment and preparing materials.
Supervise students in the cafeteria, schoolyard, specials, hallways, on field trips, and/or during before and after school programs.
Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
Support students with special needs by following provisions specified in their IEPs/504 Plans.
Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration.

Minimum HS Diploma/GED
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Pay: $15.60 to 18.72/per hour. With an opportunity for a monthly $250 bonus.

What You'll Do:
Help all students develop competence and confidence simultaneously through a balance of acquiring basic skills and developing conceptual understanding.
Monitor, supervise, coordinate and enforce rule of conduct and behavior for assigned students, and reinforce positive student behaviors in accordance with school and District policy.
Observes, evaluates, reports and records students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
Communicates with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral and academic problems.
Prepare educational course outlines, objectives and materials according to curriculum guidelines or state and local requirements.
Present subject matter to students, using various teaching methods and technology, adjusting teaching style and method to meet student learning style.
May participate in extra-duty activities as outlined in the teachers' collective bargaining agreement
(this is for coaching, tutoring, or summer programs, etc. for Dept. of Labor laws).
What You'll Need:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required. A Master's Degree is only required for Concurrent Enrollment positions.
Have a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license. Click here for additional information regarding specific requirements and qualifications for the various subject areas (DPS does accept a CDE Application Receipt for 90 days.)
