Maintain accurate records: attendance, incident/accident reports, developmental assessments, lesson plans, etc. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, workshops, and training to stay current on best practices in early childhood education. Collaborate with center leadership and other teachers to support overall program quality, including contributions to enrollment, retention, and center goals. Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in childcare space preferably in a toddler room CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass state background checks and meet licensing requirements. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a nurturing disposition. Physical Qualifications: Ability to move around the classroom frequently, assist with children, sit/kneel/squat. Ability to lift and carry children or materials (up to regulatory limits). The Teacher reports to the Child Development Services Manager to provide services to children ages 3-5 years in the program. A select teacher at an assigned center will be in charge of center in the absences of the Child Development Services Manager. Teacher is directly responsible for program planning and daily supervision of an assigned group of children (15-20) ages 3-5 years.
