While with their tutor, students would be able to work on specific reading and math skills with resources and content catered to their individual levels. If hired, where would I work? Tutors would be placed at one of EYs JustLead program sites. Tutors will work with students on reading and math goals, based on student needs and grade level. Tutoring in the elementary level will have a focus on reading. Tutoring at the middle school level will have a focus on math. Tutors will receive curriculum and resources to support their students, and training will be provided on how to utilize the curriculum. Tutoring resources and curriculum will be provided to tutors. What are the hours? Tutors will work 8-10 hours per week during our afterschool program hours of 3:00 - 6:00. Tutors should be able to work at least 3 or 4 days each week for 2-3 hours per day. Exact days and schedule per week will be determined based on candidate availability. Tutoring schedules with be aligned with site location schedules and student availability/needs. What age group would I work with?
