(20%) * Support the leadership team in implementing long- and short-term program strategy planning goals, particularly in terms of clinical rotation management, financial management, accreditation reporting, marketing and recruitment, program expansion, and increasing the quality of program applicants. Provide the expected results or outputs from each key activity or strategic initiative. Report on milestones achieved during regular staff meetings. (10%) * Manage all aspects of the MSA Program's job shadowing program, including setting requirements and expectations for observers, interpreting hospital policies regarding student visitors, and implementing program policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency and identify improvements. Create application materials such as job shadow application, observer agreement, and confidentiality agreement. Take, prioritize and schedule student shadowing requests; oversee the shadowing day. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating observers and deciding whether they should be granted a shadowing experience. (9%) * Coordinate human resources activities within the program. Interpret, advise and instruct faculty and staff on university, school, and program policies and procedures. Onboard new faculty and staff and orient them to the program and campus. Provide an overview of the program's mission and structure along with information on essential contacts, services and programs available to them as an employee. Onboarding responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up workspace/office, providing needed access to program and university systems, reviewing dress code, obtaining ID badge and office key, making introductions. Assist the manager of administrative operations with new hire paperwork and documentation needed for new faculty. Maintain liaisons with appropriate school and central human resources staff to proactively respond to human resources problems, issues and special requests. Work with manager of administrative operations to ensure all paperwork for employment, terminations, and leaves of absence are processed correctly and in a timely manner. External: Continuous contact with prospective students, visitors, and guests to answer inquiries, manage job shadowing functions, and resolve issues for external customers of the program. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 3 or more years administrative work experience required; experience in a university or non-profit setting preferred. Job Information Student: Adult (female) Location: Hudson, Ohio - near Oak and Embers Tavern, 7774 Darrow Rd Preferred start date: October 21st Lesson format: Face-to-face, in-person Details Availability: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Lesson Frequency: 2 times per week Lesson Duration: 1 hour each Current level: Intermediate Native/other languages: French (native), English, Dutch (good knowledge) Goals: Improve pronunciation and expand vocabulary for daily situations Engage in topic-based conversations (books, movies, songs) and practice summarizing Focus on vocabulary building, listening, reading, and writing skills Master pronunciation and common expressions used by native speakers Gain confidence in social and professional interactions Enjoy flexible, conversation-based lessons with games and varied learning methods Explore cultural topics through literature, movies, and discussions Responsibilities Design flexible, conversation-focused lessons that enhance fluency and confidence Integrate pronunciation exercises and vocabulary development into real-life contexts Incorporate cultural materials (books, songs, movies) for discussion and comprehension Provide activities that balance conversation, listening, and writing skills Create a dynamic and varied learning environment based on student interests (literature, movies, hiking, travel, fashion, and board games) Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in English Certificate or degree in language teaching, linguistics, education, or related field Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably with intermediate learners Ability to adapt lessons to conversational and cultural learning styles Experience creating engaging, personalized lessons for adult learners All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
