Requirements Apple Montessori Schools is committed to educational excellence, and with that commitment, we require our teachers and co-teachers to hold high credentials and demonstrate a strong dedication to early childhood education. For the various positions listed above they may require a bachelor's degree in education or similar field, associate's degree or CDA. All of our teachers, co-teachers, and teachers-in-training are required to obtain their Montessori certification within their first year of employment. Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors; including years of experience in a similar role, relevant certifications and/or credentials, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.
