The Milieu Counselor is a member of the multidisciplinary team who, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse is responsible for a safe and structured service as well as attending to the individual needs of patients in crisis on an inpatient psychiatric setting. oAccurately takes and records patients' B/P, TPR and weight.
oNotifies RN of changes in vital signs.
oAssists patient in maintaining nutritional and hydration needs, monitors and assists with elimination needs as appropriate for the patient's age, development and physical status.
oAccurately measures and documents patient's input and output as needed.
oProvides constant observation, when needed, as directed by the Registered Nurse
oAssists patients in following through with ADLs (i.e. bathing, laundry, organizing room), as appropriate for the patient's age, development, and clinical needs.
Communicates accurately and in a timely manner via verbal reports to the charge nurse and other members of the clinical team, written reports, and the electronic medical record as appropriate and required by

Youth Worker will provide outreach to community youth. provide activity and group supervision of Teen Center activities. and provide tutoring and tracking of members' academic performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for directing supervising youth activities at the Teen Center
Responsible for providing tutoring assistance
Responsible for tracking of members academic performance and progress
Complete all documentation when applicable
Coordinate services with other components of the Teen Center program
Will ensure safety and program quality
Participate in community initiatives and represent the program in the community
Ensure the collection and documentation of all needed program and outcome data
Responsible for ensuring client safety
Participate in relevant trainings and increase own awareness of youth development best practices
Will be trained in, and able to implement. crisis de-escalation techniques
Supervise and monitor the behavior of all participants in relevant programming
Act as role model advisor for Youth enrolled in program
Engage teens in community service projects
Participate in and help organize youth activities, including field trips and Field Day
Perform school visits on a weekly basis and home visits when necessary
Participate in Youth Support Services meeting when necessary
Participate in applicable support services case review's
Ensure that documentation is meeting best practices standards
Participate in regional and agency-wide trainings
Attend weekly supervision and staff meetings
Run focus groups
Plan, organize and implement lessons and activities
Engage and work with Teen Center volunteers to best serve our youth
Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
Attendance at meetings and trainings
Local travel as needed
Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
One year of experience preferred
Demonstrate the ability to work with adolescent population
Must possess ability to maintain records
Valid driver's license preferred
Must have linguistic capacity to work with identified population

Meanwhile, the Roca Impact Institute extends this reach nationally. To date, the Institute has trained more than 10,000 staff across 75 organizations in 17 states and D.C.
Position Overview
The Youth Worker will report to the Program Manager. The Youth Worker will have the primary responsibility of engaging 25 very high risk young adults through relationships and programming as well as working with community partners (police, probation officers, community members) within the communities Roca is serving.
The successful Youth Worker will work closely with team members, supervisors, and others within the organization to ensure that each young person is driving to outcomes of economic independence and living out of harm's way. We strive to meet the following outcomes: No Re-Incarcerations and Retained Employment.
General Responsibilities
Facilitate, apply, practice, and demonstrate Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) using Roca's Intervention Model.
Consistently exercise and application of Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) informally, formally and virtually.
Assist and role model in the process of obtaining and sustaining employment through job search and overall workforce professionalism.
Engage with other aspects of work, such as but not limited to, court engagement, work behind the wall, peacemaking circles, work with the community, productive and professional participation in meetings, etc.
Continually learn, demonstrate, practice and improve skills related to Roca's intervention model.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of case notes into ETO (Efforts to Outcome system) daily.
Act as a Crew Supervisor and manage a work crew, when needed.
Analyze and interpret ETO data as it relates to young people and understanding how data relates to a young person's progress.
Ability to adapt outreach efforts in accordance of data collected in ETO.
Other duties as assigned.
Specific Job Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of young people and build transformation relationships in alignment with Roca's intervention model.
Demonstrate the ability to provide additional types of educational/vocational/life skills programming, in person and virtually, e.g. educational classes, ServSafe, upgraded workforce professional skills, parenting, healthy habits, driver's education, and/or the ability to help with job placement.
- Strategically plan workweek schedules- including outreach lists for contact, programming needs, identifying if YP is in need of additional assistance and CBT coaching and constructive use of Track Books.

This position will involve providing behavioral support and consultation across multiple school sites (PreK-8th grade). The BCBA will oversee a caseload of approximately 15 students, focusing on functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), data collection, and staff training.
Position Details
Location: In-person only, Essex County, MA (travel required between school sites; mileage reimbursed)
Hours: 10 hours per week
Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule
School Year: Remainder of 2025-2026 (through June 17, 2026)
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, related service providers, and administrators
Deliver training and coaching for paraprofessionals and teachers on behavioral strategies and data collection
Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Previous school-based BCBA experience strongly preferred
Ability to travel between school sites within Essex County
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
