Annual Salary
Level I H23A - $37,280.75 + Full State Employee Benefits

Applicants who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work will be entitled to a salary incentive of an additional 5%.
On-call positions will receive an additional bonus ranging from $100 to $150 every two weeks, depending on responsibilities.

Child Protective Services (CPS)
*Investigates allegations of child abuse or neglect.

Family Centered Services (FCS)
*Preserves and strengthen protective capacities of the parents to keep the child in their own home with a focus on increasing safety for the child and family to prevent unnecessary out-of-home placements.
Permanency Planning (PP)
*Provides services to families that include involving family members as participants in their own treatment plan.

Essential Functions:
Provide clinical supervision and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Interns
Develop, implement, and update treatment plans
Conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Functional Behavioral Assessment)
Provide ABA therapy in home, clinic, and/or community settings
Complete all documentation required for authorization of services
Analyze data and modify programs as needed
Schedule and conduct ongoing parent and/or caregiver trainings
Participate in staff meetings and trainings
Ensure quality standards of the ABA program (BST-Behavior Skills Training, IOA-inter observer agreement, etc.)
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure consistency of interventions
Supervise a minimum of 200 clinical hours weekly from services provided by RBTs
Complete a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly (includes parent training, assessment, program modification, and direct).
Prior to licensing and credentialing, BCBA is expected to provide a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly, possibly including direct sessions.
Complete session documentation and convert appointments within 24 hours
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, parents, and staff
Provide regular and constructive feedback/evaluations to all services providers and staff
Adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPAA
Required Education and Experience
Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
BCBA certification in good standing
Be in good standing as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Oklahoma or eligible to apply for LBA
Experience providing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
Experience supervising others, providing parenting training, and behavioral intervention
Excellent communication skills with other providers and families

The BCBA is a salaried exempt position. Payroll is processed bi-weekly, constituting 26 annual pay periods. The salary will increase as outlined below:
Benefits:
Annual Compensation package potential ($105,000) - base salary + incentive pay when criteria are met
Starting Annual Salary Range $70,000-$80,000
Increase in salary up to $15,000 upon billing one month of 200 average tech hours per week
Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Peak will pay for 50% of these insurance premiums for the employee). Dependents can be added as needed, but the employee is responsible for 100% of those costs.

The Oklahoma Indigent Defense System (OIDS) is the statewide public defender agency which provides legal representation to indigent clients throughout the State of Oklahoma, with the exception of Oklahoma and Tulsa counties.
OIDS is currently seeking a full-time
Defense Counsel
in our Non-Capital Trial Division, Lawton office.
Basic Purpose
Provide legal representation in non-capital cases, within the bounds and forums provided by law, in all phases of assigned cases.
Defense Counsel represent indigent individuals in state court at the trial level in felony, misdemeanor, juvenile delinquency, traffic and wildlife cases; Counsel is also responsible for providing clients with competent legal advice and zealous advocacy at every phase of the criminal trial process.

Cohen Military Family Clinic has a commitment to training, consultation and proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. The Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. The Clinician will have training Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and should be skilled at offering treatment in a measurement-based, time-limited treatment environment. Clinician must have background and training in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adjustment disorders. Qualified candidates will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Certification or documented proficiency in one or more in one or more of the following EBPs: PE, CBT and CPT is required at time of hire or within a year of employment.

Education, Training, and Experience

If a LPC or LCDC Intern, individual must comply with terms of that supervision as outlined in the state of Texas licensure requirements. All individuals must meet the educational and experience exemptions/waivers as outlined in DSHS chapter 450.109, pass criminal history standards which includes finger prints as described in 450.115, sign a written agreement to abide by the ethics contained in 450.121, and be worthy of public trust and confidence as determined by Department of State Health Services. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen to work with this population. Must have current driver's license and be insurable under Center insurance. Must pass all Center and SA department mandated trainings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of chemical dependency, chemical abuse that is inclusive of alcoholism and drug addiction as treatable diseases, workable knowledge of the DSM-IV to support diagnoses relating to substance abuse and mental health disorders, co-dependency, relapse prevention, family dynamics, support groups in the community setting, related disorders. **As a Guest Advocate, no two days** **are ever the same, but a typical day will** **most likely include** **the following responsibilities:**
+ Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
+ Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
+ When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
+ Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
+ Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.
+ Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
+ Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
+ Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
+ Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed. Be familiar with all fulfillment services, and know how to direct the guest to enroll, activate and use them.
+ Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and the other features and offerings within the Target App.
+ Attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with immediate leaders as needed to help solve for the guest while following Target's policies and procedures.
+ Partner with leaders as needed to de-escalate any situations and recover the guest shopping experience while following Target's policies and procedures.
+ Deliver easy andaccurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
+ Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers).
+ Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.
+ Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
+ Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies,best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
+ Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) Orders, DU Returns and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
+ Support Cash Office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
+ All other duties based on business needs

+ Accurately handle cash register operations,cash transactions,and support cash office operations as needed
+ Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 poundsand occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.
+ Flexibility when picking up shifts (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) to help meet store needs
+ Active engagement by picking up and working shiftsas well as responding to our attempts at contact. You must work at least one shift within 5months or you will be administratively terminated.
+ Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
+ Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).

Annual Salary
Level I H23A - $37,280.75 + Full State Employee Benefits
Level II H23B - $40,077.79 + Full State Employee Benefits
Level III H23C - $43,968.62 + Full State Employee Benefits
Applicants who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work will be entitled to a salary incentive of an additional 5%.
On-call positions will receive an additional bonus ranging from $100 to $150 every two weeks, depending on responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Child Welfare Specialist, Level I
Completion of 90 hours from an accredited college or university;
OR 3 years of experience related to child welfare work;
OR A combination of education and experience.
Child Welfare Specialist, Level II
A bachelor's degree (in any field) to qualify;
OR One year of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist.
Child Welfare Specialist, Level III
A Master's degree;
OR a Bachelors Degree plus one year of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist;
OR Two years of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist.
Job Duties
This position job responsibilities may be in one or more of the following, within Child Welfare Programs.
Child Protective Services (CPS)
*Investigates allegations of child abuse or neglect.
*Protects the safety of children and provides services to help families with any barriers that can result in the safety of their children to be at risk.
Family Centered Services (FCS)
*Preserves and strengthen protective capacities of the parents to keep the child in their own home with a focus on increasing safety for the child and family to prevent unnecessary out-of-home placements.
Permanency Planning (PP)
*Provides services to families that include involving family members as participants in their own treatment plan.
*Provides placements for children which will meet their medical, educational, and physical needs.
*Returns children to their own homes as soon as their needs can be met in the home of their parent(s), and arranges a permanent plan when return to the home is not possible.
All New Employees will complete the Child Welfare Core Academy Training Program
Learn treatment and preventive services;
Visit children in placement and conduct assessments of children and families;
Refer families and children to services in the community;
Participate in investigations of abuse and neglect of children, and prepare case reports and other documentation;
Attends court hearings and provides testimony;
Consults with the District Attorney and other attorneys, and tribal partners regarding efforts to protect the child, reunite the family or other permanent plans for the child;
Provides direct services to children in placement,
And other duties as assigned.
Travel is EXTENSIVE - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. State vehicles will be available for use to carry out the duties of the position.
