Overview We are seeking an experienced Tax Counsel for our Tax Law Department within Saudi Aramco's Law Organization. The Tax Law Department is responsible for providing tax legal advice to Saudi Aramco's business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures while working closely with other members of the Law Organization. The Tax Counsel's primary role is to ensure the provision of high-quality tax legal advice to internal clients and coordinate with external tax advisors. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Long-Term Foster Care (LTFC) program at Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains (LFSRM) provides care and support to Unaccompanied Children (UC) in federal custody as they wait for their immigration case to be resolved so they can transition to a more long term program or living arrangement. UCs are placed with licensed foster families and attend public school while they are in the program, allowing them to have more normalized experiences in family based environment. JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES The Placement Supervisor is responsible for the certification of foster care homes and the placements of UCs in foster homes. This position will provide direct supervision to the members of the case management team. Additionally, this position will be expected to provide casework and supportive services directly to a small caseload. The Farm Worker Rights Division (FWRD) of Colorado Legal Services represents farm workers in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies on a variety of civil legal claims. The FWRD's work focuses primarily on wage theft, human trafficking, immigration, sexual harassment, working conditions and civil rights. The FWRD also runs a comprehensive community education program that involves outreach to workers at labor camps and to community-based groups. The FWRD's client community is comprised primarily of Latino migrant and seasonal farm workers. The FWRD currently has four summer internship positions for students who share a passion for advocating for the rights of low-wage farm workers. The interns will be based in the regions with the largest population of migrant and seasonal farm workers to conduct outreach to farm workers at labor camps and other locations. The interns will work with clients and potential clients on a variety of legal issues and will travel throughout the rural areas of their respective regions to visit farm workers and conduct outreach at labor camps, collaborate with key partners in the region, and ensure workers have information about their rights and the services that the FWRD provides. When not out in the field, the interns will have the opportunity to utilize their legal research and writing skills to support the attorneys with ongoing federal litigation involving claims arising under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the Federal Labor Standards Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Colorado wage laws and more.
