The clinician will also participate in CSE meetings and maintain contact with CSE chairperson as requested. Work with foster parents to develop an ICSP for the child. Preparation of clinical assessments, court reports, correspondence with other agencies, and social summaries. Completion of clinical assessments upon intake. Attend all court hearings pertaining to the placement, permanency, and treatment of the child and family as requested by referral source. Function as a member of the Foster Care Team, including the Family Specialist and program Supervisor.
