RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and assist with the Corps Officers as needed with Corps Programs including, but not limited to: * Salvation Army Youth Programs (S.A.Y.), Sunday School classes, Sunday Morning Worship services, fellowship times, visitation, Bible studies, outreach, young adult's ministries, After School during the week, Summer Day Camp in the Corps, Transportation, etc., * Provide support for and, in most cases, attend Divisional and Territorial programs related to programs involved (Youth Retreats, Summer Camps, Youth Camp, Family Camp, etc.) * Lead the Youth Ministries and Youth Programs. * Provide support to other Outreach Programs. * Drive and coordinate transportation for Youth programs and events for the Corps program. * Must be able to prepare and cook meals and snacks for Youth programs. * Lead and coordinate fundraising events for the youth program. * Coordinate all aspects of the program with local school leaders and teachers, including tutoring, transportation, and scheduling. * Coordinate attendance with children's parents. * Link those that participate in programs to seasonal and S.A.Y. programs. * Other duties as assigned by Corps Officers. * This position has access to confidential and private information. Representatives work at the local level to identify school slots for students, find caring families interested in hosting, match students with families, and supervise students and families throughout the year.
