As a **Media Specialist** , you will perform Audio/Video (A/V) services to support our customer by recording, duplicating, video teleconferencing (VTC), installing and maintaining broadcast setups to ensure flawless presentations. The Media Specialist makes strategic decisions in concert with Auditorium Staff, to execute and deliver on those decisions to support the Client's customers A/V needs within the auditorium and for special event setups. Establishes and maintains effective customer service relationship with Client. **Must have an active Top Secret US Government Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assists with A/V setups to ensure quality of services is met, inspects A/V equipment condition and reports discrepancies to the A/V Supervisor.
