Stupp CEO and leadership

Edward Scram is a President and COO at Stupp Corporation and is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business between 1998 and 2000 and Alfred University between 1975 and 1980.

Mr. Clark is the Chief Commercial Officer of Stupp Corporation where he has served since May of 2011. John leads Stupp Corp’s commercial operations & strategy, organizational development, M&A activities, and delivering overall business growth. He also serves on the Board of Directors for SPOT Traceability, a joint venture between Stupp Bros., Inc. and Jones Companies.

Prior to joining Stupp he worked for 17 years in the automation, controls, and enterprise software business serving in a few executive roles with both Honeywell Process Solutions and Emerson Process Management concluding his tenure in the technology arena as Honeywell’s Vice President of Sales, Americas.

In his personal time John is an activist working to raise awareness about sex trafficking, to promote legislation that will better protect victims, rescue children being trafficked, and to develop much-needed support, treatment & healing solutions for survivors.

As an aside to his professional life, John has a calling to serve those in need. He is the founder of Operation Texas Shield, an organization created to lead the development of anti-trafficking legislation. Mr. Clark is also on the board of directors with The Refuge for DMST, a residential treatment facility for domestic minor and young adult survivors of sex trafficking offering comprehensive, long-term, trauma-informed services.

He resides in the Houston area with his wife and two children.
