Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.

Coordinate with the Residential Director in the screening and referral process to ensure appropriate placement of consumers.

Provide clinical expertise as it relates to psychosocial assessments, treatment plan development, program expectations and critical interventions.

Requirements
A master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or related behavioral health field.
