Sturgis Hospital company history timeline
Sturgis Memorial Hospital was built in 1925 with an endowment from the estate of William C. Grobhiser.
The original Grobhiser building was originally renovated in 1992 to house physician offices and later remodeled again to accommodate the addition of specialty clinics and more physician offices.
In November of 1997, MCICo was acquired by Alliance Imaging, Inc., a California based company.
Hospital Network Healthcare Services (HNHS) was formed in 2002 by a partnership of Michigan hospitals out of a need for lower cost medical waste disposal and other related services.
In 2005, an expansion was undertaken to remodel and update our surgical facilities.
Hospital Network Ventures LLC (HNV): Hospital Network Ventures LLC was established on July 1, 2008.
