Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this opportunity include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Account Manager in the unloading of product after other responsibilities are completed.
Taking ownership of each customer you service to ensure that you are being a blessing to them, greeting each with a smile.
Assisting in the installation of new accounts and sampling of stores.
The Area Assistant will be called on from time to time to service customers at the District Manager's discretion. These situations may include, but are not limited to the following scenarios: 1.) Assisting Account Manager's in running routes as needed in their absence. 2.) Servicing stores during Holiday periods. 3.) Servicing stores when both the Account Manager and the District Manager are not available.
Traveling to other districts to assist in running routes for an extended period, as needed.
Servicing stores in emergency situations as needed.
Checking voice mail and Hunt Brothers email during business hours and periodically after hours.
Resolving problems within your abilities and communicate pertinent information (problems, challenges, etc.) to the appropriate team member.
Completing all necessary paperwork required in the timeframe established and sending to the appropriate departments accordingly. This includes all handheld operations and procedures.
Assisting other team members in keeping warehouse clean and organized.
If necessary, making bank deposits for all monies collected on the same day of collection.
This route will require a minimum of one overnight a week.

Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established standards.
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order.
Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, etc.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age.
Previous experience as a Bartender is required.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred.
