1 hour lunches and I also liked the freedom with little supervision over my shoulder all of the time.
Freedom. Not stuck 24/7 on assembly line.
Overtime all the time. No one trained right. Equipment is 40 years old and constantly broke. Messy. Terrible healthcare.
