Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute All store styling guidelines based on Global guidelines
Maintain our sample room weekly with new arrivals and overall presentation keeping it clean and organized
Monthly competitive research
Support with prop sourcing and purchasing
Assist Public Relations Department with special PR projects such as seasonal Press previews for US - 2 times a year. Preparation and execution and styling for Live Station shoots 2 x month
Assist the Marketing Department in marketing related activities - In-store events and setups Preparation and execution
Create monthly company styling guidelines
Create monthly Window styling Monthly VMD manual styling with a focus on campaign/core items
Support Monthly VMD styling school training for store
Weekly display news to be shared to all stores with specific styling guidelines
New store opening support for styling
Store campaign setup in our NYC Flagship stores - Monthly
Partner with Global teams to create, prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and manage new visual merchandising initiatives
Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers
Exemplify and enforce company policy and procedure
Required Skills and Abilities:
Adobe Creative Suite (focus on Photoshop/Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (focus on Excel)
Proven visual merchandising ability within a high volume vertical retailer
Create visual window displays and concepts, manage priorities and execute initiatives

Mejuri is heading into it's busiest time of year and are looking for seasonal support to join us over a three month period that will commence October 20th, 2025 and come to a close on January 23rd, 2026. At Mejuri, our Stylists are the first point of contact for our customers and first impressions are everything. You will create a warm and inviting experience for our customers that feels just like shopping with your best friend. As a stylist, you are up-to-date on current fashion trends and have the ability to educate our customers on our products and also inspire them to try new things. You are a role model of Mejuri's brand vision and values both with your team and with every customer you meet.

Additionally, you must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available minimum one weekday or weeknight.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver best-in-class customer service through curating personalized styling experiences and providing thorough product knowledge
* Drive the business through delivering sales and meeting performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion percentage and revenue to target
* Educate our customer on Mejuri's brand story and stay informed and knowledgeable on all of our products, latest launches and specialized services
* Work on a team of motivated and collaborative people who are unified by our corporate mission

* Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence
* Support in executing all OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online returns and purchases
* Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts
* Participate in the continuous improvement to drive the business forward through identifying any areas of opportunity within our store operations and bringing forward potential solutions

Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. This role currently has a base pay range of $19-$20 per hour based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.

The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales.
Responsibilities
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service.
Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
