The Lash Lounge Encinitas is looking for an experienced lash stylist to join our team! TTLEN provides full training on all Lash Lounge services, standards, policies and procedures as well as an official/extensive eyelash application certification program prior to starting on the schedule. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who is capable of providing exceptional customer service with high quality service standards. Here at The Lash Lounge, we take pride in what sets us apart- providing a more customized look for our clients in a high end luxury atmosphere. Our stylists build their own custom volume fans which allows us to provide the most customized look, specifically tailored to each client. We are looking for someone who has experience in eyelash application. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge clients, at the expected “Gold Standard” level. Provides exceptional customer service to all clients Build solid clientele by providing exceptional service at highest standard Be a team player Thoroughly conducts expected client consultation prior to service application, and inserts proper notes in client charts for future tracking. Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment room. Responsible for proper sanitization of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked. Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand. All other duties as described. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public. Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered. Well organized, detail oriented Exhibits sound judgment. Forms strong working relationships within team. Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others. Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self improvement. Active Cosmetology, Esthetics, Eyelash Specialty or equivalent state license required. All employees are required to work at least one weekend day. Scheduling is flexible and is determined by the manager and each individual stylist, based on salon scheduling needs and stylist availability. All stylists are expected to work some mornings and some evenings, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
