    Shoe Stylist (P/T) The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales. Responsibilities Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer. Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service. Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts. Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels. Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed. Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role. Requirements 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system. Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
