maintain an inviting and calming presence throughout each interaction * Provide consistent, high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and wellness-focused treatments aligned with spa standards and guest preferences * Deliver relaxing, personalized treatments with a gentle, precise touch, exceptional attention to detail and mindful presence * Consult with guests to recommend treatments, polish options (including award-winning Dazzle Dry), and retail products tailored to their needs and preferences * Provide accurate, professional responses to all guest requests and maintain a gracious, service-focused demeanor at all times * Use guest names naturally when known, demonstrating attentiveness and recognition * Demonstrate anticipatory service and a genuine sense of care and concern for guest comfort and satisfaction * Reconfirm treatments, assist with transitions to locker/resting areas, and support a seamless guest journey * End each service with polite, thoughtful closing remarks- thanking the guest and offering two personalized pleasantries *Cleanliness, Safety & Sanitation* * Maintain clean, organized and fully sanitized treatment areas, stations, and tools in compliance with all spa, state, and health department regulations * Follow all safety, infection control, and product usage guidelines as mandated by state boards and spa procedures * Properly handle, store, and use products and equipment to maintain safety and assist with cost control *Professionalism & Service Knowledge* * Demonstrate deep understanding of all spa nail services, techniques and product offerings * Promote and educate guests on spa retail products to enhance results, support aftercare and complement the spa's wellness philosophy * Arrive on time and exhibit a neat, well-groomed appearance with proper uniform and name tag throughout each shift * Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor, speaking with clarity, kindness, and respect throughout all guest and team interactions *Teamwork & Spa Operations* * Collaborate with spa attendants, front desk staff, and fellow providers to ensure smooth spa operations and guest flow * Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development as required by spa leadership * Assist with general spa duties or special requests as directed by the Spa Desk or Spa Director * Demonstrate flexibility and support spa scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays *Technical Excellence* * Apply polish systems (including award-winning Dazzle Dry) with precision, care and consistency * Provide thoughtful service enhancements such as gentle exfoliation and light hand, arm, foot or leg massage to compliment treatments * Perform all services with efficiency, technical skill, and attention to detail- respecting scheduled timing and service flow * Stay informed on seasonal treatments, spa promotions, and current trends in nail care and wellness industry best practices to continuously enhance the guest experience _*Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements:*_ *Licensing & Experience* * Must hold a current and valid [New York State] [Nail Technician] License * Prior experience in spa, wellness, and refined hospitality environment strongly preferred *Technical Skills & Expertise* * Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and clean technique in all services * Skilled in shaping, polishing, and delivering flawless, long-lasting nail results in keeping with guest preferences * High-level artistry with a focus on clean beauty, wellness and guest comfort * Demonstrated ability to perform flawless services with minimal to no error * Ability to maintain the highest level of standards for cleanliness and hygiene * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, pivot, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced spa setting *Professionalism & Communication* * Strong verbal and written communication skills;
