A promise that each and every hairstylist that we employ is a fully trained and highly competent professional.The Supercuts stylist is responsible for serving customers in a friendly, professional manner, understanding the customers and their satisfaction are of the utmost importance. The hairstylist will accomplish this by the Supercuts brand standards and follow our operating principles as well as best practices.By consistently implementing the 360 experience we ensure that every customer's expectations are exceeded and will ensure that we have successful Supercuts stylists and valuable employees. Duties: * Provide quality haircuts by consistently using the Supercuts technique •Educate the customer and recommend products to help them maintain his/her hairstyle between salon visits •Execute the 360 Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and retention •Follow the sanitation guideline •Must execute best practices for the Jerome Group •Adhere to dress code standards •Maintain a current cosmetology license •Attend all required technical training sessions •Attend monthly salon meetings Qualifications: Strong customer service will an outgoing ,confident and professional personality Professional phone etiquette Coachable and open to feedback Good communication skills Good multitasking and organization skills Professional appearance and presence Flexible availability Punctual and reliable You are submitting your information for potential employment opportunities with an independent franchisee of Regis Corporation or one of its subsidiaries (collectively "Regis").
