Process * Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards. * Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures before, during, and after services; always ensure compliance with state board guidelines. * Follow established service protocols to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience. * Utilize appropriate booking and clientele systems to book guests for return services and for events. * Communicate any supply needs to the Experience Manager, ensuring guest readiness at all times. * Maintain outstanding store operational standards, including cleanliness of the salon, salesfloor, restrooms, backroom, break area, and any additional assigned area. * Adhere to the Ulta Beauty dress code. * Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service. * Execute other operational tasks as directed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * You need good eyesight to observe a guest's hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. * If you enjoy moving around and staying active you can do that here. You'll be standing, lifting, and reaching for the stars. You need to be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs. * We use chemicals and fragrances in our treatments which you will smell.
