Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced luxury retail or fine jewelry sales associate to join our Trunk Show Program. This position requires client-facing/clienteling comfort, creativity, and an interest in fashion and design. A Trunk Show Manager is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and booking of all aspects of their assigned trunk show territory while acting as the sales liaison between our clients and our production team to create custom pieces, heirloom reworks, engagement rings, and line collections. Position Summary:
As part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences you will introduce our customers to the most innovative premium denim on the market and contribute to the continued success of our brand. The stylist plays a key role in our stores by serving as an ambassador of the 7 For All Mankind brand and culture ensuring the highest level of customer engagement is met. The key role of the Stylist is to contribute to the success of the store by consistently demonstrating a customer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the overall store success.
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
Responsible for setting the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
Represents the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
Responsible for building client relationships and generating excitement about our product through client outreach.
Works with Store Manager to set goals for personal skill development.
Assists the store Management team with non-selling operational tasks including:
Replenishing stock levels on the sales floor.
Maintaining organization of the store stockroom
Assist with execution and setup of sales and promotions.
Helps to maintain a neat, clean and well-presented store.
Flexible and available to support scheduling needs of the business.
Represents the brand and ensures team members are embodying brand in all all interactions with customers and peers.
Ensures Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external loss.
Adheres to company policies and procedures, standards and practices, regulatory compliance, and company directives including dress code and attendance.
Support directives from visuals, operations and marketing groups to ensure that all directives are properly executed.

Education/Experience:

Standing required for entire work shift.

As the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Assistant Colorist, you will be responsible for ensuring the client experience is seamless from arrival to departure. This role is important to our clients' Hair Color Bar experience; and helps navigate clients through their visit. The Assistant Colorist is the expert on Madison Reed consultations, hair care products, unlimited roots membership program and subscriptions while providing services to Hair Color Bar clients.
What you'll do:
Actively work in the Hair Color Bar alternating between the retail sales area and the service area while selling Madison Reed products, providing consultations, shampoo and blow out services.
Engages with clients to deliver a distinct and delightful client experience resulting in future client engagement with the Hair Color Bar..
Effectively manage front-end operations while adhering to all company standard operating procedures, including but not limited to buy online pick-up in store, and retail client consultations and orders. Generate revenue for the Hair Color Bar by building the order through additional services, sales of unlimited roots memberships, subscriptions, hair care products and accessories.
Exhibit sales and service behaviors in all interactions and communications with Clients.
Regularly achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards teammates.

Who you are:
Entry level up to 1+ year of experience in retail sales; salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
Based on state requirements, Cosmetology/Hairdressing license required hours completed to perform consultations, shampoo and blowdry services
Outstanding communication, problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Computer skills and POS (Point of Sale) system experience are desired.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, team members will regularly stand/walk for 4 consecutive hours or more at a time; regularly bend and twist at the waist, manipulate fingers and hands, bend wrists and arms, reach with hands and arms, speak, see, hear, and lift/move up to 3 pounds.
