Position Overview The Configuration Control Administrator is responsible for administering configuration management (CM) activities and processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of complex systems and engineering processes. This role safeguards against risks such as data corruption or loss by managing changes to engineering and business documentation, maintaining product lifecycle workflows, and ensuring adherence to CM requirements. The position owns the configuration, customization, and process governance of the Aras PLM application, while also managing Oracle item master data and related manufacturing change processes. Attend daily stand-up activities and provide updates as required. Responsibilities * Configuration Management & Change Control * Establish, document, and enforce CM processes, ensuring adherence to SubCom quality and business requirements. * Manage and coordinate the Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) processes. * Maintain accurate lifecycle documentation (requirements, design, test, and acceptance) consistent with physical configurations. * Provide visibility and control of performance, functional, and physical attributes throughout the system, process, or product lifecycle. * Aras PLM Administration * Serve as the owner of lifecycle workflows for ECRs, ECNs, parts, documents, and Quality Management Systems. * Develop and maintain forms, templates, and process documentation within Aras to meet evolving business needs. * Manage Aras updates, customizations, and regression testing, tracking results to ensure stability and mistake-proofing. * Maintain enhancement lists and work to eliminate data silos by improving cross-module data relationships. * Train business users in PLM processes, templates, and release elements. * Oracle Administration * Develop and maintain Oracle Item Master Templates for all inventory organizations. * Administer BOM and assembly route changes in accordance with Engineering Change Orders. * Ensure accurate integration and mapping of item attributes between Oracle and Aras. * Apply basic ERP, inventory control, and material transaction principles to maintain accurate records. * Process Development & Documentation * Create and maintain Configuration Management department documentation outlining roles, responsibilities, and release processes. * Ensure all changes to Aras PLM are performed with management approval and documented according to standards. * Facilitate changes to improve performance, reliability, maintainability, or cost-effectiveness while reducing risk and liability. * Creation of project charters and perform project charter updates in accordance with time schedules

Position Overview The Buyer II position is responsible for buying materials for the SubCom Manufacturing facility as well as supporting the ordering of equipment and services to meet the needs of the production of SubCom manufacturing. Timely and accurate ordering is imperative to ensure goods and services arrive on schedule to meet the demands of production. This position reports to the Purchasing Manager and is located in Newington, NH. Responsibilities * Works within the ERP system (Oracle) to create purchase orders from planned/approved requisitions * Negotiates with suppliers to drive cost reduction efforts and finalize contracts * Prepares "Requests for Quotations" to ensure competitive pricing * Develops and maintain spreadsheets to support complex quotations and purchase orders * Expedites long-lead material orders to support production changes * Generates appropriate correspondence within the facility and with suppliers to support purchasing activities * Participates in regular Supply Chain meetings and interfaces with all departments to resolve any problems and/or issues * Reviews Vendor Open Order Reports weekly * Regularly contacts vendors with discrepancies with quality and/or quality * Ensures compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, ethical practices and adherence to relevant laws and regulations * Develops weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in support of SubCom's LEAN activities * Accepts increased responsibility and is accountable for their actions * Promotes job and process improvement as it relates to the department (through 5S as well as other improvement initiatives) * Responds to multiple purchasing assignments in a timely and efficient manner * Other duties as assigned * Consistently ensures that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with SubCom policies, procedures, and core values

Position Overview Responsible for the implementation of all training programs within the SubCom Cable Systems (SCS) Manufacturing organization. The Training Program Coordinator will complete tasks to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training content for a multi-cultural/ multi-lingual manufacturing facility to establish initial competency and maintain proficiency for employees to safely, and with first-time quality, manufacture undersea fiber optic cable systems. Duties and Responsibilities * Develop/administer company compliance and manufacturing department specific training and certifications using on-the-job training (OJT), virtual classroom, instructor-led, and e-learning methods. * Support non-standard business hours for 4 x 4 day and night shifts. * Develop/administer department personnel training and onboarding/orientation plans. * Develop training processes, procedures, curricula, and training content to maintain compliance with Federal, State, Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, and Regulatory requirements. * Develop and track status of curricula, qualification, and certification structure and content utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS). * Perform training effectiveness assessments of companywide training programs to ensure departmental needs are met and to drive continuous improvement of all associated training materials. * Perform assessments of companywide training programs to ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements. * Perform curricula and training content restructuring to increase overall training effectiveness. * Ensure training records and documentation are completed timely and accurately. * Participate in Discipline Training Committees. * Act as Site Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. * Develop and implement cross-training for personnel in support of company employee retention and succession planning. * Develop Crew Training Briefs to capture organizational lessons learned. * Attend educational conferences as needed to support company initiatives. * Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities * Gather and review source material from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from R&D and other functional groups. * Write, construct, assemble and edit manuals based upon SubCom's established styles, guidelines and processes. * Cross check all information against known sources, submit completed manuals to SMEs for review and sign-off. * Develop potential new EUD for new products via SME interviews, requirements documents, and actual use of said product under laboratory conditions. * Design, edit and manipulate graphics in multiple formats, for inclusion within documents. * Support the development and maintenance of on-line help for SubCom's software products. * Desktop publish completed documents for delivery to SubCom Purchasers. * Work to specific and changeable development and delivery schedules. * Attend weekly team status meetings to report on progress of assignments and share key information with other members of the writing staff.

This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of electrical systems, pipe bending, and working safely in manufacturing facilities. The successful applicant will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, as well as reading blueprints, specification sheets, and schematics to ensure accurate and efficient work that is code compliant. This is a particularly important aspect of the job, as many times the Shore End Engineer will be the only SubCom representative on the site in a foreign country. The Shore End Engineer will need to favorably shape a customer's opinion of SubCom as a company and a supplier. As such, the Shore End Engineer must be very adept at personally interacting with our international customers in a very positive and non-confrontational manner. * Substantial foreign and domestic travel including extended assignments at Shore End Landing sites or on-board cable laying vessels, including Orange-listed countries and select Red-listed countries may be required. While travel will be based on business needs, the Shore End Engineer will be expected to travel 20-50% of the time. Position Overview: An Electronic Technician (C1) is responsible for overseeing the functionality of the electronic instrumentation throughout the facility. All tasks must be performed safely, in accordance with experience, training, instructions and guidance from Quality Management or designee. This position performs duties with minimal supervision. Responsibilities and Duties: * Repairs, installs, and inspects electronic systems and devices as directed through verbal or written directions, diagrams, drawings, or specifications. * Calibrates electronic instrumentation and sensing equipment used to monitor cable manufacturing processes. * Installs and repairs the camera, paging, and speaker systems throughout the facility. * Ability to work with other trades, manufacturing personnel, engineers, and supervisory personnel to develop and implement changes to electronic components and modify operation of process control equipment. * Properly completes maintenance records and calibration records on paper and in a variety of computer systems. * Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals, work instructions, schematics, and blueprints. * Determines material or replacement needs and a logical method for repair; takes appropriate action to meet those needs and makes repairs. * Safely operates various hand and power tools and powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and pallet jacks. * Works as a team player to facilitate the objectives of the Maintenance Department. * Follows safety guidelines (PPE, etc.) and demonstrates safe work practices and plant safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout and NFPA 70e * Responds to multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner. * Overtime may be required, based on business need; regular attendance required. * Works with and as inspectors to verify correct production line setups. * Regular audits of production lines and associated systems. * Other duties as assigned. The Controls & Automation Engineer is responsible for developing the automated systems that move, handle, and inspect subsea fiber cable throughout Cable Handling & Assembly operations. This role supports major ongoing automation projects including autonomous cable loading into pans and tanks, automated gantry-to-pan connection systems, intelligent pan stacking logistics, and real-time defect detection during shipload operations. You will work closely with mechanical, quality, and manufacturing engineering to ensure automation initiatives are production-ready, safe, reliable, and cost-effective. Candidates must be willing and able to work any shift when needed to support critical manufacturing operations.
