* You have 10+ years of industry experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
* You have a track record of leading winning proposals for large, complex, or strategic opportunities in the Federal IT space.
* You are skilled in developing complete, concise, and compliant proposals that fully address solicitation requirements and align with evaluation criteria.
* You can lead diverse, cross-functional teams under tight deadlines while keeping projects organized, compliant, and on schedule.
* You have expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint for document and version management.
* You are highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track complex moving parts across multiple concurrent bids.
* You are a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable interfacing with executives, technical SMEs, and contributors at all levels.
* You have a full understanding of Shipley Proposal Development or other proven proposal processes.
* You are eligible to obtain a security clearance.
SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - 147,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
* The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
* The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
* Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
* This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
* Performance-based bonuses
* Company-paid training and/or certifications
* Referral bonuses
