The BCBA will support students with behavioral and developmental needs by conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, and coaching classroom staff to promote positive student outcomes.
Position Details
Location: In-person, 8:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Model and coach ABA strategies for teachers and support staff
Collect and analyze student data to track progress and adjust interventions
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Provide staff training on behavior strategies and crisis prevention
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district requirements
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)
Prior school-based or pediatric ABA experience preferred
Strong understanding of early childhood and elementary-level supports
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday during school hours

Assists client through individual, group, substance use or mental health use disorder counseling.
Develops and documents individualized treatment plans that address the needs of substanceabuse client population. Collects statistics as required for reports; prepares required reports and paperwork and maintains audit ready client files.
Refers clients to appropriate treatment modality based on assessment. Recommends treatment plans for clients to program manager and criminal justice officials.
Develops and facilitates process groups and educational programs.
Ensures compliance with legal issues including but not limited to client confidentiality and risk management; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Attends and participates in all meetings as required.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field from an accredited institution. Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
Certification in alcohol and drug counseling, LADC I or II preferred.
Experience or education in substanceabuse treatment and mental health disorders required. 2+ years of experience working in substanceabuse treatment/mental health disorders is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of military culture, experience in working with veteran population and an understanding of veterans-related needs and issues preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.

Position Overview
The Youth Worker will report to the Assistant Director. The Youth Worker will have the primary responsibility of engaging 25 very high risk young adults through relationships and programming as well as working with community partners (police, probation officers, community members) within the communities Roca is serving.
The successful Youth Worker will work closely with team members, supervisors, and others within the organization to ensure that each young person is driving to outcomes of economic independence and living out of harm's way. We strive to meet the following outcomes: No Re-Incarcerations and Retained Employment.
General Responsibilities
Facilitate, apply, practice, and demonstrate Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) using Roca's Intervention Model.
Consistently exercise and application of Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) informally, formally and virtually.
Assist and role model in the process of obtaining and sustaining employment through job search and overall workforce professionalism.
Engage with other aspects of work, such as but not limited to, court engagement, work behind the wall, peacemaking circles, work with the community, productive and professional participation in meetings, etc.
Continually learn, demonstrate, practice and improve skills related to Roca's intervention model.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of case notes into ETO (Efforts to Outcome system) daily.
Act as a Crew Supervisor and manage a work crew, when needed.

Strategically plan workweek schedules- including outreach lists for contact, programming needs, identifying if YP is in need of additional assistance and CBT coaching and constructive use of Track Books.

Provides crisis evaluations for patients in the Psychiatric Service both on and off site, for young children, adults and geriatric patients. Utilizes the language of the current DSM V to establish comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and subsequent planning and treatment. Coordinates and facilitates system treatment meetings, on and off site, to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Works with patients and their families, including treatment planning implementation, group and individual therapy, and coordinates community services and discharge planning. Works with insurance companies to fulfill all requirements for appropriate referrals to inpatient units, outpatient care and diversion programs, while strongly advocating for the patient. Participates in the orientation and/or training of new staff, students and others.
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Provides psychosocial history and mental status assessment of patients in psychiatric crisis at the University campus and mobiles to off-site locations.
2. Assigns the appropriate clinical level of care to each patient including inpatient, outpatient, diversion programs, providing information and referrals to specialized intervention programs, including substanceabuse detoxification and rehabilitation. Understands clinical levels of treatment.
3. Develops and maintains a safe therapeutic environment. Actively participates in psychiatric emergencies, including restraint of out-of-control patients, while maintaining safety in the milieu.
4. Triages calls of patients with psychiatric emergencies, including suicide ideation and/or attempts, and determines which intervention is needed. Identifies clinical resources and makes referrals when necessary. Serves as a referral source for patient, family members and agency staff.
5. Functions in a Case Management role, facilitating and coordinating referral and access to psychiatric treatment, delivery of social services, including financial assistance, health insurance, community-based care and medical contracts/collaboration.

We are looking for a full-time, Friday-Monday, 8am-6pm employee.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Performs intake, evaluation, orientation, admissions, treatment planning, counseling, documentation, discharge planning and referral of substanceabusing clients. Assesses all new intakes to determine presence and extent of substanceabuse issues and mental health illness; completes evaluation report.
Assists client through individual, group, substance use or mental health use disorder counseling.
Develops and documents individualized treatment plans that address the needs of substanceabuse client population. Collects statistics as required for reports; prepares required reports and paperwork and maintains audit ready client files.
Refers clients to appropriate treatment modality based on assessment. Recommends treatment plans for clients to program manager and criminal justice officials.
Develops and facilitates process groups and educational programs.
Ensures compliance with legal issues including but not limited to client confidentiality and risk management; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Attends and participates in all meetings as required.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field from an accredited institution. Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
Certification in alcohol and drug counseling, LADC I or II preferred.
Experience or education in substanceabuse treatment and mental health disorders required. 2+ years of experience working in substanceabuse treatment/mental health disorders is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of military culture, experience in working with veteran population and an understanding of veterans-related needs and issues preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.

Description and Responsibilities
Open Sky's Acquired Brain Injury programs serve adults with acquired brain injury and physical or developmental disabilities who are referred by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. These programs provide individualized services to help participants live independently in their own apartments. Our services include finding accessible housing, coordinating healthcare, supervising PCAs and arranging for transportation when needed.
The Residential Counselor provides guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living. Through implementing procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals, counselors help individuals live a healthy, productive, and independent life. Counselors are strong advocates for individuals served, believe in the power of community, and acknowledge the importance of community integration!
Other Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
