Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Counsel for our Tax Law Department within Saudi Aramco's Law Organization.
The Tax Law Department is responsible for providing tax legal advice to Saudi Aramco's business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures while working closely with other members of the Law Organization.
The Tax Counsel's primary role is to ensure the provision of high-quality tax legal advice to internal clients and coordinate with external tax advisors. This includes providing tax advice on transactions as well as day-to-day business operations, reviewing outside counsel draft submissions, reviewing, and preparing draft responses to government or court correspondence, and assisting in handling sensitive correspondence and tax legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Advising internal clients by analyzing facts and conducting legal research, preparing legal analysis and opinions.
Planning tax efficient structures for major projects, and advising and making recommendations to Company management regarding tax and legal issues.
Reviewing current legislation, treaties, and governmental regulations pertinent to Company operations and advising Law Organization management and senior-level attorneys with regard to the same.
Assisting and coordinating with outside tax advisors with respect to ongoing transactions.
Providing responses to inquiries raised in connection with tax examinations of Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will have:
A Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent.
Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident.
An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred. Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or oil field services) is also preferred.
Minimum of 9 years experience in tax gained in a leading US law firm, Big 4 accounting firm, and/or an in-house tax department of a multinational company.
Demonstrated ability to engage business line leaders to drive implementation of new procedures and legal requirements in a timely manner.
Sound judgment and unwavering ethics

Levels of care at this facility include: Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and Aftercare Planning
The Clinician II is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. Clinician II will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. Clinician II will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. Clinician II will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Clinician II has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

Completes all required documentation ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulations, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria. This includes:
- Biopsychosocial Assessment and Integrated Summary (72 hours)
- Comprehensive Problem List
- Integrated Master Treatment Plan and Updates (24 -72 hours based off payer)
- ASAMs (24 hours, based on state standards)
- Individual, family and group therapy session notes (24 hours)
- Discharge Summary (72 hours)
Uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete treatment.
Assesses patient for substance use disorders, risk to self or others and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Manages aftercare recommendations and support that will prepare patient for maintaining successful recovery.
Provides caseload management as per state requirements.
Participates in crisis intervention with patients as needed.
Participates with multidisciplinary teams such as Financial Case Managers to provide appropriate aftercare planning and securing resources.
Completes documentation daily to meet metrics of 92% completion within compliance.
Other Required Tasks:
Attend Daily Flash Meetings in the absence of the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director.
Maintains positive relationships with all staff.
Participates in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews.

Essential Job Duties
Advanced Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive, in-depth ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) assessments and clinical interviews to ensure accurate diagnosis (DSM-5) and appropriate placement within the Level 3.5 criteria.
Develop sophisticated and highly individualized Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Recovery Plans (ITRRPs) that reflect the complexity and self-pay status of the client, focusing on root causes and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Individual and Group Therapy Excellence:
Serve as the Primary Counselor for an assigned caseload, delivering high-frequency, evidence-based individual counseling (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed approaches).

We utilize evidence-based practices and provide trauma informed care.
We provide a safe, relaxing environment while offering residents the tools and support needed to manage their substance use and co-occurring disorders. The single rooms with stream and mountain views from the balconies and private hot tubs offer a peaceful environment for residents to heal and grow. The numerous outdoor adventures allow the residents to learn new activities, reduce stress, improve sleep, build self-confidence, and develop long-lasting friendships. Position Summary
The Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) provides high quality, evidence-based, and clinically intensive substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring treatment services within our exclusive, self-pay Level 3.5 Residential Facility. This role demands independent clinical decision-making, sophisticated group/individual facilitation, and seamless integration with the multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring the highest standard of client care and therapeutic outcomes in a luxury setting.
Essential Job Duties
Advanced Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive, in-depth ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) assessments and clinical interviews to ensure accurate diagnosis (DSM-5) and appropriate placement within the Level 3.5 criteria.
Develop sophisticated and highly individualized Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Recovery Plans (ITRRPs) that reflect the complexity and self-pay status of the client, focusing on root causes and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Individual and Group Therapy Excellence:
Serve as the Primary Counselor for an assigned caseload, delivering high-frequency, evidence-based individual counseling (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed approaches).
Design and facilitate specialized, highly engaging therapeutic groups (e.g., advanced relapse prevention, emotional regulation, high-functioning recovery challenges) appropriate for a discerning, self-pay clientele.
Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration:
Work in close partnership with the Clinical Director to ensure clinical consistency, treatment plan adherence, and compliance with all Colorado regulations.
Actively integrate specialized approaches, such as Art Therapy (delivered by another therapist within the facility), into the overall recovery plan, attending team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care.
Provide expert consultation and psychoeducation to the entire residential staff.
High-Touch Case Management & Discharge:
Provide concierge-level case management, coordinating seamlessly with outside providers, family systems, and professional contacts.
Develop meticulous and robust Continuing Care/Aftercare Plans tailored to the client's high-profile or executive lifestyle, ensuring smooth transition to premium, private, and out-of-state resources as needed.
Other Duties:
Occasional on-call in a rotation schedule with other therapists and able to respond by phone within 15 minutes or less, and when necessary, respond in person for a client's emergency situation at the facility within 1 hour or less.
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong working knowledge of: ASAM criteria, DSM-5 SUD and mental health diagnoses, various counseling theories and techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing), principles of addiction and recovery, and Colorado state regulations for SUD treatment facilities.

Current Basic Life Support for healthcare providers (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), or willingness to obtain BLS within the first 90 days of employment.
