· Emails out a list of all new cases for the week every Friday. (This list includes new cases, pending negotiation cases and settling cases.)
· Mails out letters & checks to providers, clients and other misc. recipients.
· Obtain client signatures on all pre-litigation documents & facilitates all client settlement (in-office) meetings.
· Drafts client settlement sheets
· Negotiate & draft all reduction requests to medical providers and health insurance companies.
· Manages all subrogation for every settling case (litigation and pre-litigation settlements). Sends subrogation letters to all health insurance companies, drafting other necessary letters to medical providers, handling med pay claims and gathering medical ledgers & all health insurance plan languages.

· Create client file on CasePeer & Dropbox.
· Draft and send “Welcome Email” to all new clients.

Qualifications:
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Georgia:
LCSW or LMFT or LPC
Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
