The WHP Substance Use Therapist position works full-time with women who are living with HIV/AIDS. Comprehensive, individualized substance abuse services are provided to these women. The WHP Substance Use Counselor works with the participant's care managers who utilize a participant-centered process that links clients to housing, health care, mental health, substance abuse, and other support services to produce more positive and sustained outcomes.
