Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and client facing Claims Advocate to lead and establish our internal Claims Advocacy department. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring that claims are managed with professionalism, transparency, and empathy. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a strong background in General Liability (GL) claims and mediation.
This is a strategic and client-facing role, offering the opportunity to build out a key function within the agency and directly impact client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process.
Lead mediation efforts in complex General Liability claims and advocate for fair outcomes.
Manage claims across all P&C lines, including commercial and personal insurance.
Develop and implement internal claims advocacy procedures and best practices.
Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, legal representatives, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of claim activity and provide regular updates to clients.
Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims handling, with a focus on GL and P&C.
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and mediation or dispute resolution.
Strong understanding of insurance coverages, carrier protocols, and legal considerations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Florida insurance license preferred.

Substance Abuse Counselors Level III are responsible for:
Maintaining a caseload which includes completing comprehensive assessments, preparing individualized developmentally appropriate treatment plans, and providing indiidual and group counseling and educational services in support of treatment plans.
Maintaining regular contact with insurance providers to report client treatment progress and obtain required certifications for continued stays. Depending on Center or site assigned, part-time positions may not maintain a caseload.
Developing and implementing complex treatment and discharge plans for clients with dual diagnoses, social or mental health issues; and conducting intensive or comprehensive interventions as necessary, such as family or domestic violence counseling.
Reporting caseload activities and progress to supervisor as required. Maintaining records and charts in accordance with organizational, regulatory, accreditation, and contractual standards.
Designing, implementing and integrating intensive service program to address particular social or psychological problems affecting portion of client population, e.g., domestic violence, sexual assault, grief, and so forth.
Serving as professional resource, and providing clinical supervision to other counselors as needed. Auditing client records prepared by others to ensure compliance with required documentation and service delivery. Providing assessments of special needs clients, and advice and guidance necessary to resolve complex case problems. Demonstrating and/or instructing on appropriate procedures, modalities and techniques.
As requested and appropriate, developing and presenting introductory and continuing education programs on subjects related to assigned specialty for other Counselors or Technicians. Training and overseeing assigned Interns.
Collaborating with supervisor or other psychiatric, social work, or medical professionals on specific case-related issues to maintain continuity of care, and to aid in achieving therapeutic and restorative goals for clients.
Creating positive working relationships with local social service agencies and community organizations. Researching and evaluating services provided by each to utilize them as sources in client referrals.
Serving on variety of department or site committees necessary to plan and evaluate treatment programs and client services. Contributing to continuous improvement of treatment protocols, procedures and results.
May assume responsibility for supervision of Counselors in absence of supervisor.
Participating in performance improvement activities as appropriate.
Completing comprehensive assessments of clients' substance abuse history and treatment requirements, and developing individualized treatment plan.
Providing individual and group counseling and may facilitate didactic groups.
Documenting treatment and discharge plans, and clients' progress and responses to treatment; and maintaining related records and charts.
Performing case management and contributing to client care monitoring.
Job Requirements:
Masters degree in Human Services field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within mental health or SUD counseling.
Current licensure or certification as an alcohol, drug, or substance abuse counselor preferred (CAP, MCAP, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC).
Must be able to obtain Florida Department of Corrections clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and move about the facilities for up to two hours at a time, to monitor and interact with clients

The Life Enrichment Specialist is a full-time travel position responsible for providing on-site leadership support to Grace Management, Inc. communities by filling open Life Enrichment and Village Program leadership roles on assignment. Prior experience with Life Enrichment and Hospitality.
Ability to travel full time (100%) to support community needs.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred.
High School Diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:

State SUD certification is required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level.

What You Need

Primary Function
The Behavioral Health Specialist provides mental health support and clinical services to detainees housed in an ICE Detention Facility. This role is essential in assessing, treating, and monitoring individuals with behavioral health needs, while ensuring compliance with ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS) and federal regulations. The specialist works closely with medical, security, and case management teams to promote psychological well-being and safety within the facility.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized.
Responsibilities
Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive psychological assessments.
Provide individual and group counseling sessions as clinically indicated.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to detainee needs.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA.
Document progress notes, risk assessments, and treatment outcomes.
Assist in preparing reports for ICE officials and legal representatives when required.
Respond to mental health emergencies and conduct suicide risk evaluations.
Participate in suicide prevention protocols and multidisciplinary safety planning.
Collaborate with custody staff to ensure appropriate housing and monitoring.
