Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage in patient-related BACB-approved activities with BCBA oversight to develop hands-on clinical skills for the patient's case assigned to manage (Case assignments will range from 3-4 patients at a time)
Assist the BCBA and lead caregiver training
Maintain professional boundaries with caregivers and communicate effectively using parent-friendly communication
Develop and write individualized skill acquisition programs that tie back to the DSM
Write behavior intervention plans
Evaluate risk and crisis management
Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and indirect assessments
Develop and write initial treatment plans
Update treatment plans following best practice and insurance guidelines
Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessment
Answer questions of other technicians regarding specific ABA terminology or procedures
Assist in staff trainings through presentations on conference and research material
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to patients as needed

JOB PURPOSE:
Services provided by the person in this position should promote recovery and wellness, community integration, independent living within the community and improved quality of life. Ensure delivery of wellness services to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees and their families by promoting and developing awareness of the program and conducting full eligibility screenings of potential clients.

The Case Manager is part of a multidisciplinary team who serves as the bridge between clinical services, wellness services and community resources. This position will work with clients to deliver case management in office setting and/or community-based settings.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advocate for and facilitate client's access to wellness services and community resources and relevant benefits. Build a database of community resources. Provide and assist navigation to referrals.
Provides Behavioral Health and Wellness case management to Law Enforcement personnel as a part of a workforce wellness program. Provides appropriate referrals as necessary. Prepares and maintains confidential case records. Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information. Follows care follow-up procedures to ensure clients received the services they were referred to and do not have any follow up needs. Provides services via telehealth platform, as required.
Conduct outreach and networking activities in the community. Provide presentations at various community groups in assigned areas. Be active in and network at monthly outreach events. Promote the success and reputation of the CBP Workforce Wellness Program. Develops network of trusted contacts within organizations in which to refer and coordinate care. Consults with service providers and community partners on resource-related issues.
Conduct initial eligibility screening of potential clients seeking program assistance and provide general information and community referrals to clients not meeting program eligibility requirements and/or clients not scheduled with a service due to program capacity.
Complete Intake and Case Management for eligible clients. Evaluate individual and family needs. Complete a treatment plan with clients including wellness services and other related needs. Coordinate and monitor services, including comprehensive tracking of client activities in relation to service plan and client's needs. Document detailed case notes, daily; maintain comprehensive client files as per Policies and Procedures.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred OR any combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skill, and abilities is required.
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of case management experience preferred. 2+ years in a customer service-focused environment preferred. Experience with law enforcement, veterans & their families is a strong plus.

The Program Manager (Case Manager) reports directly to the Director of Student Affairs (DSA) and serves as the co-chair of the Behavioral Assessment and Intervention Team (BAIT) and the Student-Parent Liaison. The case manager works to offer a supportive, personalized response when difficulties arise and to foster student development. In addition, the case manager is responsible for case management and works closely with the DSA to address and coordinate the needs of students who have health, psychological, economic, family relationships, and/or social adjustment-related problems through a variety of interventions, referrals and follow up services. Provides consultation to faculty, staff, academic departments, and parents, when appropriate, to minimize academic disruptions and help resolve problems affecting students in distress. The case manager also works closely with the Student Conduct Officers to address concerning behaviors that may also be a wellness concern. The person in this position is responsible for developing partnerships across campus and with local agencies and organizations in the community to provide and connect students and resources and services and may also assist with divisional efforts to actively engage students and promote their overall connection to the university community.

Monitor and track students in distress to ensure progress and follow-up, maintaining detailed, timely, and confidential records of all BAIT and student-parent cases. Facilitate collaboration among students, faculty, families, and community partners to promote student well-being and support those facing extenuating circumstances.
Utilize university software and database systems to access, record, and maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
Maintain and update BAIT materials, website, and community resource lists. Design and deliver educational training and support programs for faculty, staff, and students, including awareness and prevention initiatives related to student well-being, crisis response, and parenting-student support. Collect, analyze, and report BAIT and student-parent case data to assess departmental needs, identify trends and gaps, and inform financial and programmatic resource planning.
Collaborates with campus partners including Student Counseling Services, Residence Life, University Police, Disability Services, Office of Student Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, Health Services, Academic Affairs and other campus constituents in coordinating referrals and services.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in (Higher Education, Student Personnel Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field).
Experience - Five years of related experience.

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but rather will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our my Time mobile scheduling app) that work best with your schedule.
When you choose to pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is necessary.
We also ask for your active engagement by picking up and working shifts once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). The Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) serves as a member of the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP). The BHIP is a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals which provides comprehensive, accessible, Veteran-centered mental health care. The MFT assigned to BHIP is responsible for coordinating and providing specialty mental and health therapy with a focus on couples, families, individuals, and groups utilizing systemic health theories requiring expertise in interpersonal relationships with conceptualizations that are distinct from individually oriented therapies.
The MFT conducts assessment interviews, develops treatment plans and provides treatment to eligible Veterans. Treatment modalities may include crisis intervention, intake evaluations, outreach services as well as empirically based treatment for families, couples, and individuals with mental health disorders. The MFT also participates in and provides consultations to other team members; participates in conjoint emergency treatment with medical facility mental health personnel.
